Built around a heat exchange boiler and vibration pump, the Mechanika Slim Digital PID allows you to brew espresso and texture milk simultaneously for true café-style workflow at home. A convenient front switch gives you instant access to three preset temperatures, preinfusion, and ECO mode, with all settings clearly visible on the display. One of the most clever features is the integrated shot protection function — if the water tank runs dry mid-extraction, the machine will complete the espresso pour rather than leaving you with an interrupted shot.
