The Giotto Cronometro R has a rotary pump with the option to plumb the unit into an existing water supply. The Giotto R includes Cronometro technology, integrating a digital shot timer that allowing the user complete control over their espresso flow and grind setting. The Giotto Cronometro R is also fitted with an adjustable PID controller to regulate the temperature of the boiler and fine tune the flavour of the resulting espresso.

Fitted with a 1.8L boiler matched with an intelligent thermosyphon system, this machine delivers consistent temperature and pressure, allowing the user uncompromised control over the brewing and steaming process.
