Piero group caps with built-in flowmeters improve volumetric accuracy, a pre-heating system increases productivity by warming water before it enters the coffee boiler, and ruby flow restrictors resist scale formation and erosion for long-term reliability. Optional integrated scales (ABR) allow baristas to brew by volume, mass, or brew ratio — removing the need for an additional scale on the drip tray.
