At its core, the Coffee Bar Plus features specially crafted ceramic flat burr grinders with nine grind settings and a dual high/low-pressure brewing system — high pressure for espresso-based drinks, low pressure to mimic pour-over style coffee. A 21-gram capacity metal brewing unit delivers rich, full-flavoured extraction with lasting durability rated to 300,000 cups. The detachable milk system produces smooth, velvety frothed milk at 60–70°C for one-touch milk coffees, and automatically cleans after each use for hassle-free maintenance. A dedicated hot water wand handles tea and long black service independently.

A lateral 10.1" full-colour touchscreen makes operation as simple as using a smartphone — staff can select, customise, and serve drinks with minimal training. Compatible with IoT connectivity and mobile payments, the Coffee Bar Plus supports remote management, usage tracking, and cashless vending.
