The Mahlkönig E65S GBW is a next-generation commercial espresso grinder that ends the compromise of dosing by time or volume. Built around revolutionary Grind-by-Weight (GBW) technology, an integrated high-precision load cell beneath the portafilter support monitors weight in real time during the entire grinding process — delivering exactly the grams you set, every shot, regardless of bean condition or grind setting fluctuations. With 65mm flat stainless steel burrs running at up to 1,700 rpm, the E65S GBW grinds a full 20g dose in under 5 seconds at approximately 5–6 g/s, while a removable, adjustable grind chute drops grounds cleanly into the centre of the basket — minimising waste and making distribution and tamping a breeze. The intuitive multifunctional turn/push button on the front allows up to 6 programmable dose profiles, dose counters, and a service log to manage burr replacements, while a one-handed sliding ring-dial at the top of the grinder body adjusts grind size and locks in place to prevent accidental bumps. Compact in footprint yet equipped with a 1.2kg hopper, the E65S GBW fits seamlessly into any modern café environment — finished here in matte black.
