At the heart of the Super Jolly V Pro is a 350W motor driving re-engineered 64mm flat burrs in hardened high carbon steel. Mazzer have re-engineered the burr geometry to speed up dosing time by 20% over the previous Super Jolly — meaning faster service through peak periods without compromising on the famous Super Jolly grind quality. A double fan cooling system protects coffee beans from heat exposure to preserve in-cup aromas across long grinding sessions, while the low-retention grinding chamber design saves both time and coffee every time you change settings.

The Electronic version features a touch display configurable in 19 languages, with three programmable buttons for single, double, and triple doses (accurate to one hundredth of a second) plus a fourth manual button for precise fine tuning of the dose. The Memory Track System (MTS) indexes grind settings for fast, accurate dialling-in across multiple coffees, and the wider, more precise grinding adjustment range gives baristas finer control. Optional IoT connectivity lets baristas, roasters, owners, and service technicians remotely access real-time grind reports via the cloud — for monitoring output, tracking usage, and improving coffee quality through data-driven insights.
