The MRC H8 is a single-group semi-automatic espresso machine built around a 58mm commercial group head and a dedicated 600mL steam boiler. Coffee and hot water are heated by a Thermomatic nano thick-film system, while steam runs off its own separate boiler — so the H8 can brew and steam at the same time without either function waiting on the other.
Extraction is fully programmable. A BLDC gear pump, precision flowmeter and pressure sensor give steplessly variable pressure from 0 to 12 bar across up to five stages, with brew temperature adjustable anywhere between 45°C and 95°C. Slow pre-infusion, extraction hold, volumetric dosing and variable-temperature extraction are all available from the 7" screen, and the Linux-based software lets you store, name and icon your own drinks.
Beyond espresso, the H8 handles high-pressure tea extraction and simulated pour-over brewing, with a separate temperature-adjustable hot water wand and a professional three-hole cool-touch steam wand. The 1.5L tank accepts an optional filter, or the machine can be plumbed into mains water. One-touch backflush, descaling and water-line draining keep maintenance to a single button.
