Its sustainably sourced birch wood leva end — vacuum-dyed in the signature Iris finish and sealed with a heat- and water-resistant wax — brings a warm, natural contrast to metallic-finish tools while matching Pesado's wooden portafilter and tamper sets. A removable eight-needle system delivers everyday practicality alongside genuine character on the bench.
