Adjust the grind finer or coarser and the Dosis S64 still delivers the same accurate dose every time, helping baristas work cleanly and efficiently with no need for scales. The 64mm flat burr set spins at 1,280 rpm via a precision belt-and-pulley transmission rather than direct drive — isolating the motor from the grinding chamber to cut heat soak and vibration, keeping the chamber cooler and more stable for quieter operation, tighter particle consistency, and longer burr life. With a 380–460W motor delivering a 20g dose in 7–8 seconds, the S64 is rated for 15kg+ per week — making it a precise, efficient choice for medium-volume specialty cafés. In Auto mode, the S64 preloads the next dose for ultra-fast delivery, with an On Demand mode also available for quieter moments or slower service. As coffee is delivered into the portafilter, a natural premix occurs inside the doser that replicates the Weiss Distribution Technique (WDT) — improving consistency and distribution with every dose. A sealed Zero-Waste Delivery chamber ensures every gram of ground coffee makes it cleanly into the portafilter with no spills, no waste, and no mess.
