Adjust the grind finer or coarser and the Dosis S75 still delivers the same accurate dose every time, helping baristas work cleanly and efficiently with no need for scales. The 75mm flat burr set spins at a slower 900 rpm via a precision belt-and-pulley transmission rather than direct drive — isolating the motor from the grinding chamber to cut heat soak and vibration, keeping the chamber cooler and more stable for quieter operation, tighter particle consistency, and longer burr life. With a 450–570W motor delivering a 20g dose in just 5–6 seconds, the S75 is rated for 50kg+ per week — making it a serious workhorse for busy specialty cafés. In Auto mode, the S75 preloads the next dose for ultra-fast delivery, making it one of the fastest grinders on the market — with an On Demand mode also available for quieter moments or slower service.
