The Torre Peppina EVO is the flagship dual boiler machine from Italian maker Torre — a hand-built, top-tier prosumer espresso machine that brings true commercial architecture and modern touchscreen control into the home. Designed by Andrea Ferrari (formerly of Bezzera) and built south of Milan, the Peppina EVO pairs twin AISI 316 stainless steel boilers with PID-controlled brew temperature, a 3.5" touchscreen display, and Torre's signature E61 group head with the ERGOLIFT™ dispensing lever and integrated flow control. The EVO upgrade brings a 25% larger steam boiler, 25% more steam power (up to 1.6 bar), and Torre's exclusive Water/Steam Pro-Balance system that lets you adjust the water level inside the steam boiler for maximum flexibility. The striking matte black finish makes this a true centrepiece machine for any kitchen.
